In Gijón there's no argument. Enrique Castro «Quini», born in Oviedo (life's funny like that), is Sporting's all-time top scorer in La Liga with 165 goals, and he was top scorer in the top flight three seasons running wearing a Sporting shirt. If you count all competitions, different sources give different figures, but the throne is his and El Molinón stadium bears his name. Nothing else needs saying.

In the capital, the king is Isidro Lángara: 257 goals with Real Oviedo, according to the club's statistics appendix on Wikipedia, with Herrerita second over a hundred behind. He was La Liga's top scorer three seasons in a row back in the 30s, and IFFHS rates him as the greatest Spanish goalscorer of all time. Gotta give credit where it's due, even if it stings.

Cristhian Stuani is Girona through and through. He's on 148 goals in 312 official matches in professional football, as the club announced at his contract renewal, and every goal he bags this season adds to his own record. And at Mallorca, Vedat Muriqi made history in April 2026 with a brace against Rayo that crowned him the club's all-time top scorer in La Liga, ahead of a certain Samuel Eto'o (54). Whoever's got to face them, better be ready.
✨ Legends worth framing
Mágico González, the Salvadoran genius, is Cádiz's all-time top scorer with 75, and probably the most talented player to ever grace this division. Germán Dévora is Las Palmas incarnate, with 119 goals. Julito (107) remains Tenerife's benchmark since the 1950s and 60s, and Rafa notched up 101 goals for Granada. And at Eibar, Altuna and Luluaga share the record with 60 apiece, with Jon Bautista nestled in the top 5 since April 2026.
🤷 The ones without official records
In three cases we couldn't find reliable, published historical data. Castellón doesn't have an official all-time top scorers list for their senior side, and for the B-teams, Real Sociedad B and Celta Fortuna, there's no consolidated record either. We'd rather leave it blank than throw out a name without backing it up. At other clubs, like Andorra (relative newcomers to professional football) or Córdoba, the figures we have only cover part of their history, and we've made that clear.
