Sabadell took the craziest match of the matchday at Nova Creu Alta and sits third, unbeaten, with a penalty converted by Urri in the 89th minute.

Nicholas Gioacchini put it 2-0 inside eleven minutes, with goals in the 7th and 11th; the second was initially disallowed for offside and then validated by VAR. Debutant Guilherme Fernandes, Córdoba's goalkeeper, played a big part in the first—his risky pass was intercepted by Quadri to spark the goal-scoring move.

Córdoba hit back with a penalty converted by Carracedo in the 26th and levelled through Enol Rodríguez in the 76th. Just when a point looked nailed on, Carracedo's own hands inside the box gave away the penalty that Urri tucked away in the 89th for a final 3-2. The Córdoba lads also claimed a possible red card for Edgar González in the 15th minute that the ref didn't give.

Ángel Baena made his Sabadell debut in the 54th minute. 9,573 spectators at Nova Creu Alta. Córdoba stay on 3 points and in the relegation zone.
